This Privacy Policy defines the principles of processing personal data by CupCo Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Połczyn (84-100), 3 Łąkowa Street, entered in the National Court Register (KRS): 0001120659, NIP: 5871748230, REGON: 529350354. The Controller processes data in accordance with the GDPR and protects the privacy of users visiting www.cupco.pl.

Personal data are processed for the following purposes: - responding to inquiries sent to hello@cupco.pl, - carrying out B2B business cooperation, - accounting and settlements, - traffic analysis via Google Analytics, - ensuring the security of the website. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b), (c), (f) of the GDPR.

Providing data is voluntary but necessary for contact and cooperation.

Data may be shared with IT partners, Google Ireland Limited (Analytics), and legal and accounting advisors. They are not transferred outside the EEA, except for Google services in accordance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Data are stored for the duration necessary to achieve the purpose or until the expiration of limitation/tax periods.
